Immediate Need

If a Death Has Just Occurred

If you feel your loved one may have passed, immediately contact the local emergency officials to come and provide medical care and or make a pronouncement of death. Family members who die under hospice care can be pronounced by the hospice staff.  This legal declaration must be made before the family can proceed with making any funeral arrangements or handling any legal affairs.

If your loved one has passed, please let us express our deepest sympathy for your loss and know that we are here for you and your family during this difficult time.  We feel your family member should not remain at any facility longer then necessary, so regardless of the hour, once the pronouncement is made and we will immediately begin the process of bring your loved one into our care.

Next, we will then set a time which is best for you and your family, to come to the funeral home to begin the arrangements.  We can also begin gathering information online if you are unable to be with us in person.

Our directors are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at (973) 338-5900, to answer questions and to assist you.

If you would like, filling out the form below will help us gather the information we need to begin more quickly, but we can not proceed without speaking to the person who has the rights to control the services.
