They were absolutely kind and beyond generous to my husband and I and we cannot be more grateful! I was so impressed with the quality of work provided by Halpin-Bitecola. Their staff worked with me during the death of my brother, (and before that) from helping us set up a burial annuity, to their very kind phone call by Melanie when learning of my brother's passing, to taking care of everything including transporting the body, the wake, burial, submission of his obituary and coordinating the church services. Their parlor was lit very pleasantly and laid out in a way that was comfortable and homey. They were always available to help with any questions or concerns. I particularly was moved by their excellent attention to all details and the very kind, respectful way we were treated, which I felt was genuinely motivated by an authentic desire to do a quality job.

When you experience a loss, particularly that of a child, it is extremely difficult to comprehend making funeral arrangements in that circumstance.
