What to expect when you call at the time of a death.
We will gently guide you through the steps of bringing your loved one into our care as soon as we are authorized, 24 hours a day. We will ask a few questions, such as your loved one's name, whether they are at home or in a facility, and who the legal next of kin is. We will then arrange a time that works best to meet with one of our funeral directors, in person, by phone, or remotely, to continue arranging how we can serve you and your family.
