Obituary
Elizabeth Arvelo (nee Zapata) passed away at Clara Maass Hospital in Belleville on June 19, 2023, at the age of 70. She is survived by her loving husband Hemeregildo Arvelo, her two sons Reinaldo Arvelo and Ricardo Arvelo, and four grandchildren, Aria, Ricardo Jr., Rafael, and Annalesse. She is also survived by her two brothers Negro Zapata and Edwin Zapata. Elizabeth was born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. Her children and grandchildren brought her great joy and she loved spending time with them. A Memorial Mass will be held on June 23, 2023, at 10:30 AM at St. Valentine Catholic Church, 125 N. Spring Street, Bloomfield, NJ.
