Dominick was born on August 20th, 1939 in Newark, NJ to James V. and Rose M. (nee Darpino) Fazzari.
He worked as a salesman in the construction industry.
Dominick leaves behind his loving wife, Monica (nee Then) Fazzari; his daughter, Michaela Fazzari (Gary Burke); his son, James Vincent Fazzari; as well as his beloved grandson, Rocco Dominick Fazzari.
Services are private and a memorial will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dominick’s name can be made to Calvary Hospital in Bronx, NY.
