Richard Kremer

Richard Kremer, 72, of Elizabeth, N.J., passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 1, 2023. Richard was the son of the late Warren and Grace Kremer. He is survived by his sisters Maryanne Kremer-Ames, Suzanne Petrozzino and brother Peter Kremer. Richard who was born autistic, lived in Bloomfield for more than 50 years and was a lover of music from rock to classical. He enjoyed summer camp when he was young, loved eating out in restaurants and enjoyed traveling to new places. A gentle soul, Richard liked watching his comic book artist father draw at the kitchen table many nights after dinner. Other favorite activities included movies, bowling, television especially cartoons and socializing with people. Richard was loved by all especially his family. Friends and family may visit Friday January 6, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield, N.J. A mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield at 10 am on Saturday, January 7, 2023, followed by a funeral service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery and Mausoleum, East Hanover, N.J.
