Obituary
On Wednesday March 16, 2022, Concetta DAlessio, passed away peacefully at the age of 92. Concetta enjoyed taking long walks around her neighborhood and eating her butterscotch candies. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, sewing, and knitting. Concetta most enjoyed time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. Concetta was predeceased by her beloved husband of 42 years, Arsenio. She is survived by her daughter Carina DAlessio; son Claudio DAlessio; grandchildren Jessica, Cristina, Caitlyn, and Christopher, as well as many nieces and nephews. Friends and family may visit from 3 - 7 pm, Sunday March 20 at Halpin-Bitecola Funeral home, located at 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 am on Monday March 21st, at St Valentine Church in Bloomfield. Entombment will follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. So many memories!!!! Dating back to 1974... Concetta was a strong Italian woman who raised two wonderful children - Claudio being one of if not my best friend - mi hemano!!! She is truly loved and will be missed by family and friends - God Bless!!!!!
