Your mother was a kind and thoughtful woman. I was fortunate to have worked for as her law clerk in 1990-91. She hired me as her second law clerk in the Special Civil Part when the Assignment Judge whom I was scheduled to work for took another governmental position, leaving me in an employment predicament shortly before the clerks' start date. Her even temper was exceptional, her professionalism exemplary. I learned by example, witnessing her even-handed treatment of litigants, staff and members of the Bar. As a new law school grad and somewhat shy person, I look back now and wish I had engaged more to reach beyond my role as a clerk to learn even more about your mom outside of her professional role. I am so sorry for the loss of both your mom and dad, especially in such short time to each other. While they had a wonderfully long life with you all, it is never long enough when it is someone you love. Please accept my condolences and prayers for healing. Antonia A. De Paola Tenenbaum
