When Marilyn lived in an apartment in my family's home we became close friends. She was a kind and caring person. I enjoyed babysitting for Katerina (Kathy) when she was born in May of 1978. Katerina became a member of our family, a baby sister to my brothers and myself. When I went back to school, my mother took over and I could not wait to get home and play with her. Katerina and Marilyn brought us so much joy. I even had the pleasure to meet Marilyn's mother, Katerina's grandmother who lived in the apartment for a short while. Marilyn was dedicated to her family and her work. Always smiling, she never had an unkind word for anyone. May she rest in peace. Rosemarie Augoustatos & Family
