Obituary
Anthony Garbacki passed away suddenlyin hishome, on Saturday, April 13th, 2019. Anthony was born, in Brooklyn, NY. He served our country honorably as a member of the US Army during the Korean War. He has been a Bloomfield resident for 54 years. Anthony was predeceased by his loving wife Mary in 2016. He is survived by their four children; Kenneth Garbacki and his wife Tracy, Karen and her husband Eric Hansen, Gregory Garbacki and his wife Tracy, and Donald Garbacki and his wife Kimberly. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Jamie, Eric, Matthew, Kevin, Emma, Kalli, Jake, Tara and his great-grandchild Haileigh. Friends and family may visit at Halpin-Bitecola Funeral Home 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield, NJ on Wednesday April 17 from 3-7 PM. Military honors will be at 6:45. Funeral services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the VFW Post 711 Miles A. Suarez, 369 Broughton Ave, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.
