Milad Chalet

Milad Chalet, of Bloomfield, passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2017. He was 72. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Footeen Chalet as well as his daughter Julie and his son Steven. Milad also leaves behind his three sisters; Nelly Daugher, Bernadette Chalet, and Jouhanna Hawley, three brothers; Edward, Najib, and Stan, along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Rosa Chalet, and three brothers; Nicholas, Jajoura, and Miguel. Friends and family may visit on Tuesday, May 2nd, from 6-8pm at Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad St., Bloomfield. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, on May 3rd at St. George Orthodox Church, in Little Falls with interment to follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family, in Milads memory.
