Adele White

Adele M. White, formerly of Bloomfield, entered eternal life on June 10, 2016. She was 87. Adele graduated from Dickinson High School in Jersey City, and Berkeley College. She was a member of various clubs, and attended many events, at the Four Seasons of Great Notch. Adele, along with her late husband Ernest L. White, were very active with the Boy Scout Troops 22, and 23 of Bloomfield. She had a love for dancing, shoes, and Tony Bennett. Adele leaves behind her son Daniel White, and his wife Renie Garlick, a sister Dorothy Distel and her husband Donald, a niece Debbie Replogle and husband Kriss, a nephew David Distel, and great nieces and nephews Melissa, Danielle, Ryan, and Addison. Friends and family may visit Halpin-Bitecola Funeral Home, 1284 Broad St in Bloomfield, on Wednesday, June 15th, from 4-8pm. A funeral mass will be held at St Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Ave. in Bloomfield, on Thursday, June 16th, at 10:00 am, with interment to follow at Mt. Hebron Cemetery in Montclair. I lieu of flowers, lease make a donnation in Adele's memory, to The Bloomfield Boy Scouts Troop #22.
