Obituary
Louise M.Gallo,101 of Bloomfield died Sunday November 8th at home. Born in Newark she is a daughter of the late Guisseppe and Marie (Grosso) D'Alessandro. Louise was also predeceased by her husband Louis in 1995.She is a longtime parishioner of St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Bloomfield. Louise worked at Howard Johnson's in Bloomfield as a waitress and hostess for ten years when her children were growing up. She is survived by her son, Leonard Gallo and her daughter Rita Alfaro. Also 2 grandchildren, Michael Alfaro and Lauren Fontana. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 11, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 at the Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral and Cremation Service, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10am on Thursday November 12 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Avenue Bloomfield. Interment will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair Other NJ

Dear Gallo family, Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear loved one. It seems no greater sadness is felt than when someone so dear to us is loss. May you find comfort in your memories and draw strength from a promise God has provided which gives the hope of someday being reunited with your beloved ( John 5 : 28,29 ). This promised future is one that will be filled with great joy because it will include perfect health and everlasting life on a paradise earth where " the former things have passed away " ( Rev. 21 : 4, Psalms 37 : 29 ). May you find some comfort in knowing that God does care and He does hear our cries. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
