Obituary
Ange DAmico passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 5, 2014 at the age of 94. Visitation will be at Halpin - Bitecola Brookdale Funeral & Cremation Service, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Sunday from 4 - 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 712 Grove Street, Upper Montclair. Ange was born in Newark and lived in Bloomfield in her later years. Ange was a seamstress, and loved wearing beautifully made fashionable dresses. She loved classical music and the opera. Ange was predeceased by her parents John and Anna (nee Chiacchiaro) DAmico; a brother Dominick DAmico; a sister Yolanda Segari; and her niece Doreen Segari. Ange is survived by her sister-in-law Frances DeVito; nephews Joseph Segari & his wife Nancy, John DAmico & his wife Jackie; her niece Ann DeMedici & her partner James Miele; also many great nieces and nephews. Ange was so generous to all her nieces and nephews. I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. May the promises found in God's word the Bible comfort your hearts at this difficult time. (John 5:28-29) - says "Do not be amazed by this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will come out..."(Isaiah 28:5) Promises that God will "Swallow up death forever." and (Psalms 37:10-11) promises that "...The meek will possess the Earth." Please remember these and other promises that await Angelina. May God's mercy be upon your family.
