Joseph Lupico

Joseph A. Lupico of Bloomfield passed away peacefully on Saturday June 21, 2014 with his loving family at his side, at the age of 90. Born in Harrison, NJ where he lived until moving to Bloomfield 58 years ago. Joseph was a machinist for Otis Elevator Company in Harrison for over 30 years prior to his retirement 25 years ago. He was a WWII Army Veteran. Joseph was the beloved husband of Angelina M. (nee Sierco) Lupico; great and devoted father of Joseph F. Lupico, Marie C. Seitz and his late son-in-law Eric P. Seitz. Visitation at Frank Halpin's Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Tuesday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Bloomfield. Entombment will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, 712 Grove Street, Montclair.
