Obituary
Peggy (nee Mann) Fazio of Bloomfield passed away on Monday June 16, 2014 at the age of 66. Born in Montclair, she grew up in Little Falls prior to moving to Bloomfield 40 years ago. Peggy was a former medical assistant and owned Photique Photography in Bloomfield for 25 years with her husband John. She enjoyed walks on the beach in Maine. She was a member of the Little Falls Cadets, Bloomfield Jr. Woman's Club, the youth group and the pre-cana team both at St. Thomas the Apostle Church and worked on the election polls in Bloomfield. Peggy is the beloved wife for of 45 years to John S. Fazio, Sr.; mother of John S. Fazio, Jr. & his wife Rosa and Thomas F. Fazio & fianc Amanda; sister of Dr. Frank Mann & his wife Marcia, Joe Mann & his wife Margot, Bob Mann, John Mann & his wife Roberta, Betsy Powell & husband Lee, and the late Mary O'Shea; brother-in-law Mike O'Shea; and grandchildren Olivia, Lily and Gabriella Fazio. Visitation will be at Frank Halpin's Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Friday June 20th from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. The funeral will be Saturday at 9:00 a.m. from the funeral home followed by The Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Avenue, Bloomfield. Cremation will be private.
