Obituary
Myrna Rivera (nee Dominguez) 62, of Bloomfield died Tuesday Morning at Clara Maass Hospital. Born in Puerto Rico, Myrna resided in NY and Newark before settling in Bloomfield 30 years ago. Myrna worked for NJ BellVerizon for over 30 years as a Human Resource Supervisor, retiring in 2003. She is survived by her beloved husband, Alfredo Rivera, a son, Michael and wife Selene, a daughter, Kristina and fiance Sergio all of Bloomfield. She also leaves behind three adoring grandchildren, Bryan, Alexandra, Isabella and a very large loving family of sisters, brothers, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Since retiring Myrna enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and dog Winter, going out to dinner and vacationing with her sisters and spending quality time with her husband of 43 years. My deepest sympathy to the Rivera family. Myrna was part of our HR Team at BACCSI where we were all known as the "Hail Mary Team". Myrna was a significant contributor, making sure that our Team accomplished what needed to be done, and a new Company was able to get up and running successfully. Her efforts were appreciated by all. May she rest in peace and love.
