Obituary
Lois M. (nee Smith) O'Brien of Bloomfield passed away on Saturday May 11, 2013 at the age of 75. Born in Orange she had lived in Bloomfield for several years then in Wall Township for 17 years before returning to Bloomfield 2 years ago. Prior to retirement she was a secretary for the Norton Insurance Agency in Bloomfield. Lois was an avid photographer, an enthusiastic patron of most New Jersey malls, had many friends, and will be sorely missed by all. Mrs. O'Brien was predeceased by her husband, John O'Brien. She is survived by her son Sean O'Brien and his wife Janet, a daughter Erin O'Brien-Kenna and her husband Ken, 3 grandchildren Daniel, Kelly and Michael O'Brien. Visitation will be at Frank Halpin's Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad Street, Bloomfield on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. The funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Thursday at 9:00 am followed by the Funeral Liturgy in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 60 Byrd Avenue, Bloomfield at 10:00 a.m. Interment Brigadier General William C.
