I think that’s last time Victor visited Taiwan; we traveled to Sun Moon Lake.

I remember how Victor liked to joke about how we are related to Vincent van Go. He was a kind and a well spoken man. Will surely miss him.
My sincere condolences to Vicky and his family. May he rest in eternal peace.

Victor Go ( ChE66 ) is a very quiet yet a very sharp and intelligent man as I recall him from college at the University of Sto. Tomas ( UST ) Faculty of Engineering, Manila Philippines ( 1961-66 ).
His love story with Vicky started at United Laboratories, PI.
Victor rose the ranks in his engineering career and one of the last co batch ChE66 graduates who retired from the workforce here in the US.
We were proactively in contact through FB, shared stories of his family, his travels with Vicky and his grandchildren, passion for gardening & birds, and love for ancestral churches in his travels. Will never forget his ( and Vicky's ) Blue Mountain e-greeting at special occasions of the year.
About a week or so b4 the Lord took him, Victor called through messenger and we had a long conversation about his contented life, his eye surgery, good old days at UST, his take on reunions, his loving wife Vicky, who is on the yearly month off to bond with her sister in Ohio at that time. Hope she was back when he went home home.
Victor left this world the day ( Oct 22 ) of the formal dinner dance of the Reunion & Get Together of USTe Alumni & Friends ( 2025 Oct 21-23 at Gold Coast, Las Vegas )
Adieu Victor, my friend. You will be sorely missed...
Thank you for your genuine friendship.
